This game is stupid. Run, throw things, jump. Do not confuse stupid with bad game though, because it is kind of fun. It doesn't look great and there is very little to it, but you'll have some fun.
And in no way is this supposed to be anything like Mario. I mean they use a snail instead of a turtle. I mean look at the picture below, couldn't be further apart.
